Sirer Global Giving is an organisation set up as a platform for change through acts of giving. Offering mentoring, coaching, volunteering, and connecting people with charitable organisations in the UK and around the world to bring a positive impact to people’s lives.
Sirer global is also a platform to share, and give guidance on business, with over 40 years of business experience in hospitality, property developing and investments, and international business development, the founder Ersin Sirer has a tremendous wealth of knowledge to share.
What is Giving?
The word giving has a primary association for most people linked to charity, and the giving of money. As important and valuable as this form of giving is, it is only one of the many ways of giving we can participate in; without the process of giving and taking humankind would not exist.
I would describe the process of giving by first making sure we understand why we are giving, and the reason we are giving must be relevant to the person or organisation we are giving to. The question must be asked: who is that person, what do we know about them? Hence, before the act of giving there must be empathy and the desire to get to know the recipient.
Every person has a different need, and this extends to professional and business life, too; therefore, by first listening, observing and learning, we are able to understand their needs and thereby decide on why to give and how to give.
Giving can be described as the act of thoughtful actions towards a person which will bring positive and constructive benefit to their life. The benefits can be one of many things: financial gain, feeling of well-being, happiness, health, friendship, security, improved self-worth, and many others. The continual act of giving can “ONLY” bring enhancement to the quality of life of the recipient and enrich the inner well-being of the person who is giving, “The Giver”.

Ersin Sirer, the founder of Sirer Global Investments and Sirer HMO Residences, has a wealth of experience & expertise in developing and investing in the UK property market. His broad experience ranges from 30 years of long-term property rental investments, Prime London developments, New Build developments, Commercial to Residential developments and facilitator of Mezzanine debt for developers.
He has also headed property investment syndicates investing in UK and international real estate. Ersin’s firm belief is that opportunity comes from a good network of well connected people, delivering results based on firm current market conditions and future analyses of where the market is heading.

Entrant – July 2023 – Raising £50,000 for survivors of human trafficking
Ersin Sirer is an entrant in the 2023 transcontinental Istanbul Open Water Swim with the aim of raising £50,000 for the charity that he supports, Hestia. A charity supporting victims of modern slavery in the capital.
Swimming the Bosphorus is an annual CrossContinental open water swim event between Asia and Europe in Istanbul. At 10 am on the third Sunday in July, one of the world’s busiest shipping lanes briefly closes. Nearly 2500 competitors from all over the world then swim the 6.4 kilometres course in a maximum of two hours to try and complete the distance.
