Sirer Global Giving is an organisation created to drive positive change through acts of giving. Its work spans mentoring, coaching, volunteering, and connecting people with charitable organisations in the UK and across the world—helping to improve lives and strengthen communities.
The Meaning of Giving
For many, the word giving is primarily associated with charity or the donation of money. While this form of giving is valuable and impactful, it is only one of the many ways in which we can give. In truth, without the cycle of giving and receiving, humankind would not exist.
Giving begins with understanding why we give. The reason must be relevant to the person or organisation receiving. This requires empathy: Who is this person? What do we know about them? Before the act of giving, we must take time to listen, observe, and learn. Only then can we truly understand needs and give in a way that brings meaningful benefit.
Every person’s needs are different—this is as true in professional and business life as it is in personal relationships. By first seeking to understand, we can decide both why to give and how to give.
Giving can be defined as the act of thoughtful actions that bring constructive benefit to another’s life. These benefits can take many forms: financial support, a sense of well-being, happiness, health, friendship, security, or improved self-worth.
Sirer Global is connected with charities and organisations across the world, creating opportunities for individuals who wish to reach out and give to others in meaningful ways. Our network spans the UK, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, India, and the Far East, allowing participants to engage in giving on an international scale.
We believe the world is one. To bring about real change, we must act as one—sharing, supporting, and uniting across borders. Together, we are stronger and more powerful than we could ever be as individuals. Through collaboration, compassion, and purposeful action, Sirer Global fosters a spirit of giving that transcends geography and culture, creating a ripple effect of positive impact across the globe.
Ersin Sirer believes in giving back through charity and philanthropy, seeing it as a natural extension of his business philosophy. Just as he has built communities through property development and international ventures, he is equally committed to fostering human potential and wellbeing. By supporting charitable initiatives, mentoring young people, and connecting with organisations worldwide, Ersin works to create opportunities that empower individuals and strengthen communities. For him, true success is measured not only in business results but also in the positive and lasting impact made on people’s lives.

Hestia began providing support to adults in crisis in 1970 after founder Jim Horne experienced street homelessness in London. He started a soup run for men and women living on the streets and worked with local authorities to provide accommodation. Within the year, over 800 people were provided with a safe space to sleep at night. Since then, Hestia has grown to support over 9,000 adults and children in crisis across London every year.
We provide support for those experiencing domestic
abuse, modern slavery and mental health needs.
Hestia is one of the largest providers of domestic
abuse refuges in London and South East and the main
organisation supporting victims of modern slavery in
the capital.
Ersin Sirer actively supports Hestia, contributing through mentoring and coaching as well as fundraising for the charity’s many safe houses and shelters. His involvement helps provide crucial support to individuals and families in crisis, reflecting his deep commitment to giving back and empowering those most in need.
